Local Businesses hire rooms for job interviews and meetings; Whitchurch based organisations hire our rooms for training;
There are three rooms currently available for hire; the magnificent Main Hall which can take up to 100 people; the newly refurbished Clayton Room which is suitable for around 20 people and the recently redecorated former Headteacher’s Office which is a small meeting room suitable for around 8 people
Main Hall
The magnificent Main Hall is perfect for parties, functions or special family occasions. Tables and chairs are available as required.
It measures 16m x 6m and has a stage at one end. It’s double glazed and centrally heated. At the opposite end to the stage there’s a separate kitchen with a large servery, fridges, a gas cooker and microwave. The kitchen is amply provided with crockery and cutlery. There is disability access to all areas except the stage.
The Clayton Room
The Clayton Room is a former classroom, measuring 7m x 8m. It is suitable for board-room style meetings of up to 20 people, or theatre style up to 40. The large Victorian windows are double glazed, creating an expansive, airey feel to the room, which is at the same time warm. The room comprises a small preparation area with a kettle and a sink for making drinks. There is disability access to all parts The Clayton Room and to the adjacent toilets.
Old Head Teacher’s Office
The head teacher’s study is available for hire most days and evenings including weekends, for small groups of up to 8 people. The room has recently been refurbished. There is a small annexe equipped for making hot drinks. There is disability access to the Headteacher’s study and to the adjacent toilets.
The Old Headmaster’s Office was formerly know as The Small Meeting Room
